Photo Diary: Winter Storm Juno Hits NYC

Earlier this week a snowstorm (named Juno) hit the Northeast of the United States, causing heavy snow to blanket most of the region - including New York City. While the city was spared from the worst of the snowstorm (with less than 6 inches of snow measured in the morning after), travel bans went into effect on Monday night - quieting the so-called 'city that never sleeps'. 

I woke up early Tuesday morning to see what Juno had brought. And while it wasn't the 20-35 inches that had been predicted, it was still pretty awesome:
